This role identifies, researches, and evaluates suppliers that meet the standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of products and service.

The Sourcing Analyst supports the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process by partnering with business stakeholders, suppliers, procurement teams, legal partners, and contract management teams to execute sourcing initiatives efficiently and effectively. This role manages multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, helping internal clients navigate supplier selection, contract review, onboarding, and operational execution. The analyst serves as a key point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring sourcing activities are completed in accordance with procurement policies, contractual requirements, and business objectives. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, communication skills, and an ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and prepares medium to high complexity strategic sourcing transactions, negotiations, and supplier selection for products and services.

• Performs supply market data analysis and recommends suppliers and vendors to the business. Identifies and is knowledgeable of industry trends and category strategies.

• Drives engagements, resolves issues, and involves stakeholders as needed. Interfaces with other sourcing operations teams, business leaders, and legal & risk partners for each transaction.

• Ensures proper closure of transactions including the successful handoff to purchasing and payables associates, the validation that suppliers will comply with agreed-upon payment terms, and that the contracting team receives documents in good order.

• Supports adherence to procurement policies and procedures. Ensures application of fair business practices and procurement of products and services at the best execution and price.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
