We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented Investment Data Analyst to support key Investment Data Operations initiatives involving Security Reference Data. This role combines data analysis, operational support, project coordination, and process improvement responsibilities to help deliver high-quality investment data solutions, specifically Managed Security Reference Master (MSRM) and operational excellence across the Investment Data Operations organization.The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational subject matter experts to analyze complex data issues, support strategic initiatives, monitor implementation activities, and drive continuous improvement efforts in a global follow-the -sun model.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Operational Support

• Analyze investment data, operational processes, and business requirements to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and solutions.

• Research, investigate, and resolve complex data quality and operational issues.

• Support investment data consumers by providing timely analysis, issue resolution, and operational insights.

• Develop meaningful metrics, reporting, and dashboards to measure operational performance and effectiveness.

• Document processes, workflows, control procedures, and business requirements.

2. Project Coordination & Change Support

• Coordinate activities associated with operational and technology initiatives.

• Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items, and support follow-through on commitments.

• Partner with business and technology teams to support implementation readiness and operational transitions.

• Contribute to change management activities, communications, training, and process adoption efforts.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and risk management practices.

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable corrective actions.

• Support process redesign and workflow optimization initiatives.

• Participate in continuous improvement programs and operational maturity initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships across Investment Management, Technology, Operations, and external partners.

• Communicate findings, recommendations, project status, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate effectively across global teams and varying levels of seniority.

Qualifications Required

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Experience analyzing investment data, operational processes, or business workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, including AI tools

Preferred

• Knowledge of investment data domains such as securities, reference data, market data, pricing, benchmarks, entities, or holdings.

• Background in investment management, financial services, data management, or operations.

• Experience supporting projects, change initiatives, or process improvement efforts.

• Familiarity with Agile, project management, or business analysis practices.

• Experience utilizing SQL, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, or related analytical tools.
