Visibility Starts Now! Welcome to the BWAM Talent Visibility List

We know great talent doesn’t always get seen. That’s why we created the **BWAM Talent Visibility List**—a monthly spotlight shared exclusively with our partner firms.

Whether you're actively exploring new roles or simply open to hearing about the right opportunity, this list puts your name in front of firms who are ready to connect.

### What You Can Expect:

✅ Your profile and LinkedIn are shared with BWAM partner firms through a secure, searchable portal.

✅ Firms must request an introduction through BWAM for direct contact.

✅ If you’ve provided a CV, it may be shared upon request as part of the introduction process.

✅ While firms may independently view your public LinkedIn, being on this list is different—your profile is intentionally included in a curated group of professionals that BWAM is actively spotlighting to our partner firms.

✅ This gives you a more focused and elevated kind of visibility, beyond the noise of LinkedIn or general online searches.
